No. Our written estimate is the price. We serve all 19 listed cities at the same labor and material rates — cities further out simply book slightly further out in the schedule due to truck-load planning.
Yes. Several Houston-area HOAs (West U, Bellaire, The Woodlands, Sugar Land master-planned communities) require architectural review. We can supply specs, color samples, and dimensions for the application.
Our core focus is residential and small commercial (under 5,000 sq ft of poured area). For larger commercial work, we can quote single-trade pieces (e.g. just the sidewalk portion of a larger build).
Most projects sign and schedule 2-4 weeks before pour day. Summer (June-August) and post-hurricane-season repair windows are busiest — book earlier when possible.
